Stakeholder and Personal Pension Transfers

If you wish to transfer your existing pension to a new provider you will need to complete an application form from the table below.

These will need to be submitted to us along with our Client Declaration and the original policy documents. If you are transferring from the Equitable Life With Profits Fund, you will also need to submit a letter addressed to them stating that you are aware of and accept the exit penalty.
