The recent Covid-19 outbreak has caused unprecedented changes in all of our lives.
We would like to reassure you of the measures we are taking to keep our employees in both Exeter and Fareham safe and well, together in the communities in which they operate, whilst still being able to look after all of our customers.
Is Cavendish Online still open for business?
Yes. We are open for business and here to help if you need us.
Are service levels for customers affected?
As always, we are working tirelessly to deliver the very best possible service to you.
Following Government advice, we have enabled all staff in both Exeter and Fareham to work from home. This means we can continue to support you and maintain our high standards of customer service as best we can.
At present, there has been no major disruption to our service levels.
Due to the rapidly changing circumstances we find ourselves in this may alter in the future. Whatever may happen, we will always endeavour to keep you updated.
What impact has Covid-19 had on Life Insurance?
This is a question we have received frequently over the past two weeks. As a result, we are have put together a summary of how Coronavirus has impacted on Life Insurance and Life Insurance applications. We will endeavour to update this with any future developments.

Should I still send documents to your offices by post?
Following on from the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23/03/2020 regarding the Coronavirus pandemic, Cavendish Online employees will for the foreseeable future be working entirely from home and will not attempt to work from or to access the office. We hope you understand that the health and safety of our employees is paramount and that we wouldn’t want to compromise that.
As a result, we would like you to scan, encrypt and email any documents to us.
Please refer to our individual product pages for further information and guidance regarding sending documents to us electronically.
What is the best way to contact you?
Our contingency plans have made it possible for us to take calls in the normal way.
However, in these unprecedented times our lines have been getting rather busy, so you may want to use our Contact form to ‘Request a call back’ depending on your query.
All of our contact details can be found on our Contact page.
Will you continue to update the site?
We will continue to monitor the situation, industry and Government advice and update our website accordingly.
Our aim is to keep you informed of any significant changes that may affect you or our processes.
From all at Cavendish Online, we hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy during these difficult times. We would also urge everyone to follow Government advice during these unprecedented events to support the NHS and the safety and wellbeing of others.
