Cavendish Online are reorganising where some of our investment services are held. This may affect one or more Venture Capital Trusts (VCT’s) that you have applied for via ourselves in the last 12 months.
As a result, you need to take action in order to continue to receive trail commission payment on your VCT’s (where applicable).
Your application to the VCT provider was arranged through Cavendish Online Investments Ltd and due to the reorganisation we need to move your VCT to Cavendish Online Ltd. You will not be charged for the movement of your VCT from one company to the other and there are no tax implications relating to the move.
Before we can instruct the VCT company to effect this change we need to make you aware of the above and also to request your consent for it to proceed. Please be aware that if you do not provide your consent then we may no longer receive trail commission from the VCT company.
