Our fee refund policy is as follows: 

 

If you apply for Life Assurance through our website and your premium is increased due to health and/or lifestyle disclosures, or postponed by the provider, then you can apply to another company for no further fee*.

You can also ask us to refund your fee if you decide not to continue.

If your premium has not increased but you decide not to take up the policy we do not offer a refund.
